With the release of the first Enterprise C# Development Solution for the Microsoft .NET Framework from Borland this past summer, Borland is continuing their quest in providing the best development environment for the .NET Framework by releasing launched Delphi 8 for the Microsoft .NET Framework at the 2003 Borland Conference which took place at San Jose, CA, early November.
