General Meeting Location: Auditorium Date: Wednesday, April 2 7:00 PM Topic 1: How to create and use a run-time object inspector Speaker: Rick Dermont, RomtrenD Systems Rick will explain how to build a run-time object inspector which, when passed any object, will create a dialog box to edit the published properties of that object. The object inspector has the functionality to save the object and its published properties in .frm-like file and load the file at a later time. The unit uses the RTTI information maintained by Delphi and the functionality in the Delphi TypInfo unit. Rick will also a demonstrate an HTML form builder based on his run-time object inspector. Rick Dermont is a former programming instructor and has been programming in Delphi since 1996. His company is RomtrenD Systems. Topic 2: Delphi Tools that will help you Speaker: Glenn Shukster, Logic Fundamentals Don't kick yourself for not using the free or affordable tools presented here, just start using them. Here you can have someone point out what these tools can do for you without having to install them on your machine.
