IntraWeb, FinalBuilder and Other Cool Stuff
Chad Hower
http://www.atozedsoftware.com
Chad will be presenting four topics! Yes its a real amazing feat to fit these
in the time allotted but it will happen. :)
1) IntraWeb
2) FinalBuilder
3) Weird Wires - The Other Side of Indy
4) The Amazing Kudzu Plant - Fact, Fiction, or Alien Plot?
IntraWeb
You have got to try IntraWeb! A revolutionary new way to create your Web
Applications - Create, Debug and Maintain web-based applications as quickly
and easily as your normal Delphi applications using IntraWeb.
SDGN Magazine, the official magazine of Software Development Group Netherlands
(SDGN) reviewed IntraWeb in their December 2001 edition. SDGN Magazine says:
"Intraweb is a very nice tool to build web applications in a fast and simple way
and in a language Delphi developers feel at home with. With this tool you will be
very comfortable and it feels good, right from the start." (Translated from Dutch).
FinalBuilder
Never use batch files again! Its like Delphi for batch file tasks!
Automate your Build Process with FinalBuilder - Add some quality to your software
development life cycle, with an automated, reliable build process.
Weird Wires - The Other Side of Indy
This session is a take off from Mark Miller’s “Dark Side of Delphi” which is a take
off from Marco Cantu’s “Fun Side of Delphi”. However, while those sessions caused
humor and havoc on a single computer, in this session we will use a network really
spread the chaos. Come see what partially useless but interesting things can be done
with Indy when you do not have to worry about such petty things as deadlines and revenue.
But, don’t worry – they are all based on Indy and most can be easily transformed into
useful applications if you do have to perform real work.
The Amazing Kudzu Plant - Fact, Fiction, or Alien Plot?
What is Kudzu? Kudzu is an amazing plant that grows over 2 meters a week and takes
15-20 years to effectively control. In this very lighthearted session, you will learn
some amazing things about a plant you have probably never heard of. Where did it come
from? (And more importantly, Where is it going?) Is it of earthly origin? What can you
do with Kudzu? How can you get rid of it? When will it complete its current path of
world domination? Why haven’t you heard of it before? What should you do if you find
Kudzu? And for the crazy, How to grow Kudzu?
