Richard will relate his experiences leading a team that grew from one to
sixteen developers in five years. The application also grew and went
through three major changes in architecture while the team added a constant
flow of new features.
You can’t grow a team by adding more of the same. The structure of the team
and the procedures it uses must change drastically to accommodate different
needs. We will look at:

The application is an OLAP database for Performance Measurement used by
Fortune 500 companies around the world.
