Chuck Vertrees, Extended Systems
www.advantagedatabase.com
For November 1, 1999, Chuck Vertrees from Extended Systems, Inc. will be presenting a
demonstration of Advantage Database Server.
The Advantage Database Server is a scalable, seamless, high-performance DBMS that brings
client/server benefits to mobile, networked and Internet-networked database applications.
By redesigning the PC database architecture, Advantage allows developers to work with the
same easy-to-use development tools and methodology, but replaces the distributed PC database
architecture with a client/server model. The Advantage Database Server is available either
as a Novell NetWare NLM or a Microsoft Windows NT Service.
Each attendee will receive a demonstration CD including tools evals and a deployable version
of the Advantage Delphi Client Kit. Also, a developer's package of Advantage Database products
will be giving away, consisting of:
Advantage Database Sever 10-user
Advantage Delphi Client Kit
Advantage Internet Server
