In the first of our series on COM/DCOM we will focus on a few of the abstractions the Delphi makes for us. First we will look at how we create clients and servers. This will let us examine some of the underlying COM API's as well as Class Factories. We will then look at implementing a couple of common COM techniques. These techniques will include: Containment, Aggregation and Connection points.
